Inotatoarea maghiara Katinka Hosszu a cucerit inca doua medalii de aur la Campionatele Europene de inot in bazin scurt editia 2017, ajungand astfel la un total de sase titluri continentale obtinute la competitia care are loc la Copenhaga, scrie Agerpres.

Ea s-a impus sambata in probele de 200 m mixt si 50 m spate, dupa ce reusise anterior sa urce pe cea mai inalta treapta a podiumului la 400 m mixt, 100 m spate, 200 m spate si 100 m mixt.

In intrecerea masculina, britanicul Adam Peaty, un specialist al concursurilor in bazin olimpic, a cucerit primul sau titlu continental in bazin scurt, in proba de 100 m liber, stabilind totodata un nou record european, cu timpul de 55sec.94/100.
